THE ORCHESTRA CUP, NEW YORK CITY
The Reagan Orchestra has the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally during a student's four-year orchestra career. In 2022, the orchestra traveled to NYC to compete in The Orchestra Cup at Tully Hall, Julliard. A first time trip for many students, they had the opportunity to see sights and have experiences with their fellow students, friends, and Directors. Students visited a Broadway musical, the New York Philharmonic, the NY subway, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, the 9/11 Museum, and a dinner cruise near the Statue of Liberty.

SPRing CONCERT
In the final 2016-2017 concert of the school year, the Reagan Orchestras combined Camerata, Philharmonia, Sinfonietta, and Bravura Orchestras and Chamber and Sinfonia Varsity Orchestras for a powerful evening performance to a full house. The orchestras played classical pieces throughout the evening ending with one combined orchestra of 221 students to play a fun rendition of Themes from 007 and a Tribute to John Williams. Mr. Elizondo and Mr. Sharplin also recognized the commitment and achievements of the 49 seniors graduating as the Class of 2017. And once again, as part of the Reagan Orchestra community outreach initiative, the Directors and students invited Independence Hill residents as special guests to the concert. FANGS UP to Independence Hill!
